Sawtooth Greenhouse

The sawtooth-shaped greenhouse can achieve the best natural ventilation effect. After adopting the sawtooth roof greenhouse, due to the smooth natural convection formed between the sawtooth opening and the air inlet of the surrounding walls of the greenhouse, as long as a certain gap is left between the shading nets, the indoor hot air will be quickly discharged to the outside, reducing the indoor temperature.

The vertical windows on the vertical part of the greenhouse roof are located at the highest point of the greenhouse. The indoor hot air rises and exchanges with the outdoor air through the vertical windows. In areas with hot summers and frequent rains, the ventilation openings on the zigzag top façade are not affected by the rainfall and do not need to be closed, which is also the biggest difference between the dome top ventilation.

Hot Drip Galvanized Steel Structure The steel structure is made of high quality carbon steel with inside and outside hot galvanized layer which will be not less than 60um.    Most connections of greenhouse structure are installed directly by screws or Self tapping screws.  The warranty period of standard skeleton is 15 years, but the actual service life will be more than 20 years.

Plastic PE Film  150/200 microns UV PE Film with life 3-5 years    UV treated polyethylene film has function of anti-UV,  anti-aging and anti-drip, will be fixed by special film lock channel and wriggle wire.
